Single reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date and multiple rooms or multiple night reservations must be modified or canceled 5 days in advance in order to avoid a charge of each nights room and tax to your credit card. You will receive a 30-day and a 7-day advance arrival notice email.
Festival reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or 50% of the total balance will be charged. Less than 5 days prior 100% of the total balance will be charged.

Cotton Gin Rates Sunday thru Thursday are $80 and $95 on weekend nights. 1 bedroom Shacks Rates are $90, Sunday thru Thursday and $100 for weekend nights ... festivals, holidays and certain weekends have an added room charge.
